Hi Shahrooz you have not specified at which level you want to take admission UG or PG.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers (if any), CV (if you have work ex or are applying for MBA), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS (6 min for UG courses and 6.5 min for PG courses). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written. the documents need to be certified by the notary or by the authorised representative of the University.

Hi, 7 years gap is too much from visa officer point of view, even few colleges won't be issue offer letter. Whether you have taken any training or course related to Hospitality during 7 years?
