Hi Himansu, you need to clear AMC MCQ to be able to study for PG clinical ocurse in Australia.
To be eligible to appear for the exam you must have your registration to be able to practise in home country. If you are eligible and your course and university from where you have studies is recognised by AMC then you will be informed by AMC. until then just wait. You can find out if your univ is registered by referring to World Health Organization (WHO) publication World Directory of Medical Schools, in the International Medical Education Directory (IMED) of the Foundation for Advancement of International Medical Education and Research (FAIMER), or in other publications approved by the AMC. As far IELTS is concerned it is encouraged that exam sitters have appeared for IELTS before they sit for MCQ exam. but IELTS is valid only for 2 yrs, so if the scores expires(though it shud nt ) by the time you get the results then you will have to appear again. If you intend to go for programs like public health then there is no need to take this route and you can directly apply for the course to the univ.
Work-Place based assessment is to test performance in the actual environment of doctors' everyday clinical practice. Workplace-based assessment allows eligible international medical graduates (IMGs) to complete their clinical assessment in the workplace setting. The Standard Pathway (workplace-based assessment) is an alternative to the Standard Pathway (AMC Clinical Examination).

Hi Umar, the classes generally begin in Sep in the UK. But some institutes like FTC Kaplan and LSBF have multiple intake for the course.
Also, to apply for the course you will first need to register with www.accaglobal.com. For registration you need to send your documents(if you have completed Bachelors - you can apply for exemptions). thereafter along with registration details (id card and certificates), 10 and 12 marksheets apply for the subjects (all Fs and Ps if you have completed only 12 else apply for the ones that you wish to complete).
you will also need to appear for IELTS. And a score of 6 or 6.5 should do the needful.

There is no set particular time to start the preparation, this will depend on the student's caliber in particular and also the academic record to understand the student's base.
Other than the self studying which is a core requirement to understand concepts and absorb well, there are many institutes i.e. the test prep institutes which are offering its infrastructural support to many in helping them with the solved papers, sample books, curriculum, etc. For most of the entrances, it is the Maths, English and Data Interpretation which are the core sections, however there are few which have GK as a section too and for this going through news, knowing about your country and the world are important requirements and cannot be studied as a single level.
