The most important thing which will become a deciding factor in choosing your course is your own interests and career aspirations so, first step would be that you ponder on your own interests that what exactly would you like to do after completing your B.Com once you have done that, the things would be easier for you to decide upon.
After B.Com, the options for you could be M.Com, CS, CWA, and CFP. Now if you are not at all interested in getting into commerce or commerce related courses then you can probably look at other vocational courses may in fashion, interior, tourism computers field.

For applying to the IAS exam, you are over qualified as the minimum education requirement is a Graduate in any degree from a recognized university with the maximum age not exceeding 30 years
As for the MA is concerned,It is not so that with having MA through distance mode you will not be eligible to pursue career in teaching but yes along with MA, if you have any teaching training course to add to your profile like DIET, NTT,JBT or B.ed, only then this MA would be helpful to secure a career in teaching.
