But as for the question goes related to studying both B.Ed and MA in the same academic session in same University that is not permissible. You can either opt for the two simultaneously under one condition i.e. is to pursue one out of the two courses through regular mode and the other through the correspondence.

The Deemed University is approved by UGC but there is no specification made about the AICTE approvals for the courses offered.
Yet you may inquire with the University directly as well.

It would be difficult to find Bachelor's degree programmes in Public Relation in India; however, you will find many institutes providing PG Diploma courses such as: MICA, Aligarh Muslim University, Symbiosis etc. Few of the Institutes also provide Diploma programmes such as Center for Mass Media Studies (YMCA), New Delhi Polytechnic for Women, Delhi School of Communication etc.

Yes, you definitely can go for MBE. To be eligibile for MBE Entrance Examination the candidates needs to have 50% and above aggregate marks in their graduation through a Recognized University. Although, you would not find MBE in many of the Universities but Few of the Institutes which you can consider are:
