Part time consumes time in daily evening/ weekend (full) if suits go for parttime else go for a Distance learning where timings are saved.

I don't think you can be eligible for an executive MBA as most institutes require 3-5 years of experience. But don't lose hope. You can do a PGDM program according to your career path. Since you have some work-experience in place, it could really help you understand the business world better.
However, do your MBA from a prime institute Welingkar, etc. The college name is what will matter on your resume.

Although, advisable would be that you should opt for a full time programme as M.Phil is a research based programme and needs practical exposure to a great extent. Few of the full time Institutes providing M.Phil are: Presidency College, Loyola College, University of Madras & Anna University etc.
However, if you can not go for a full time programme you can consider doing it through Distance learning. The Institutes which you may check with are: Dr.B.R. Ambedkar Open University, H.P. University, Kakatiya University, Karnataka State Open University, Kurukshetra University, and Manonmaniam Sundaranar University etc. Distance learni
