Hi,
There are many course options available after 12th Science. You must opt for the one which matches your interest and skills as it will help you to achieve your long term career goal.
After 12th in Science (Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry), other than engineering, you may go for B.Sc, computer, business administration etc.
You can also opt for courses outside the university stream such as hotel management, fashion technology, aircraft maintenance engineering, government accredited computer courses.
However, other than Science stream you may even explore the opportunities Commerce and Humanities offer.

There are many subjects available in Germany after BE (Mechanical) if you have min 60-65% and good TOEFL or IELTS score.
Before getting any reply; I suggest to check market and industry scenario in India as well as abroad (where you want to apply) and find out few subjects in which you want to do master.
