Masters with specialisation in Environmental Engineering can be found either separately or as part of diverse other generic disciplines such as Mechanical as it is mostly interdisciplinary in nature.
Without knowing your percentage, it will be difficult to suggest specific universities. However, if you have a good percentage, then do look for University of Calgary, which is one of the Top 7 Research intensive universities in Canada that is also internationally ranked.
Known as the Energy Capital of Canada, Calgary is home most of the country's oil and gas head offices apart from other related engineering services companies.
Due to the CO2 emissions and other restrictions, Environmental concerns have been on priority here, hence could offer you a lot of exposure to related industries and projects.
Calgary runs 2 programs: Environmental Engineering and another with Energy.

The minimum qualification for a good college is a good sketching portfolio. You can make that if you go for a 2D Classical course from a reputed institute in India. Here are some good colleges to try for in Canada:

To take admission in MBBS in India :
- You need to pass 12th in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with minimum 60% .
- You should have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st day of December of the year of admission.
- You need to sit for entrance exam such as AIIMS Entrance Exam, NEET, MPPMT, HP Combined Pre Medical Entrance Test etc.
