Hi,
List of books I'll suggest for physics class 11th as reference are
* Nootan ( nageen publication )
*ABC (modern publication )
*S L Arora (don't remember the book name, mentioning writer) *concept of physics (H C Verma)
the above mentioned books are for CBSE board
moreover it depend on how much you understand the language
according to me they are books which I find easy
there books also help in class 12 (the books are arranged in order )

If you are not eligible then there is no other way, you have to clear your backlogs. If the university is not allowing then how are you going to get admission next year. Some universities allow completing courses with backlogs but they don't award any degree. These universities are mostly from southern part of India.

Yes, Masters will definitely provide more opportunities over graduation and will be helpful in spreading the area of job search, if it is done from a reputed institution. GATE is a platform which can open lot of opportunities in government PSUs and higher studies for you. So if you are planning about Masters then crack this with a good score.

This is a prestigious university, to get admitted you not only require percentage but also good GMAT and TOEFL/ IELTS score. For some courses they specifically ask your 10th from ICSE board. The fee for this college is too high. If you can find sponsor than you will easily get admitted. It is worth trying you never know what they might like about you.
