Hi Surendra,
It is very difficult in Canada but you can check with the universities and if they see your prior education fit with their credit norms you can be admitted. Also, admission into MS programs in Canada is very competitive.

Dear Aspirant LPU is not approved by AICTE because it is a full fledged University and recognised by UGC. As per the law if a university is recognised by UGC than it doesn't require any additional approval from AICTE. Because of its distinctive career cell, LPU has a greater placement rate than other universities. It helps students to acquire necessary skills and knowledge while supplementing their education with practical work experience. For the general development of pupils and to get them ready for interviews, workshops on resume writing and aptitude development are also held. Internationally recognised brands are hiring LPU alums

According to Indian education act-1959 you can not pursue two degrees simultaneously, because it causes extra burden on students(according to law makers).
But after the recommendation of few universities UGC has now granted the permission for students to get enrolled in two degrees(in same or different universities).
But this law has been changed since 2013 permitting its full-n-functional use from 20142015 academic years. So interested students can enroll in two degrees simultaneously whether from the same university or the different. Though there can still be a few hidden points where courses to be chosen might have a rule for forming

Pursue regular B.Tech from a local but recognised college. Tell them you won't be able to attend classes and you will only give exams. That is the only method that works for getting a B.Tech degree. But remember, a person becomes an engineer because of his skill. Private companies will see through your degree if you are not qualified enough. However, IGNOU provides 4 years B.Tech and it has been declared 'valid' by SC. Also, IEI also provides an option to pursue a course for working technical professionals.

Hello Prachi,
My God!! You have acquired so many qualifications and still want to continue studies. It's great. But I am afraid, for doing MA in history , I think you have to first have graduation in history. You are not likely to get admission. You can try IGNOU. Down load brochure for all required information.
