I think you are asking about self-supporting courses (SS) as there is no self-study course.
The fee structure for self-supporting courses is around 52,000/- per annum for CSE, robotics and fashion technology.
While it is around 57,000/- for courses like civil, metallurgy, mechanical, IT and ECE.
The regular course fee structure is just 20000-25000 per annum only.
The above mentioned fee is only the tuition fees. You need to pay an additional fee for hostel requirements which will be 6 occupants for boys with around 70000 per annum.

You can use RS Aggarwal for reasoning and quantitative aptitude.
Solving previous years question papers and mock test papers is a useful strategy to prepare for the PO exam.
