What do you mean perhaps is what subject to be chosen for your graduation, right? See that, there are plenty of possibilities. Plenty of subjects to choose from. But I would strongly advise that you should go for only that subject which fascinates you, excites you. This way, you will enjoy and love your studies.
Best wishes.

The best is to do Ph.D from the same university as from which you have done PG. These days, all universities conduct a screening exam to select students who can register for Ph.D. Next step is to get a guide for your subject. The last step is to select research topic with the help from guide and get yourself registered.
That's all.
