MHRM is an appropriate degree for students who are interested in advancing their careers in human resources. This programme is highly focused, covering topics such as global employment strategies, new approaches to worker involvement and strategic human resource management. As a result, it prepares students for success as human resource professionals in a variety of sectors including private industry, government, education and healthcare. However, MA in economics is an academic graduate degree that teaches students how to perform econometric research. In particular, students who pursue this degree learn how to collect, interpret, manipulate and analyze policy studies and policy-related data. MA in economics is not an applied professional degree like MA but it does teach students certain essential business skills like data collection, interpretation and analysis. As a result, MA is more academic, theoretical and mathematically rigorous than the MHRM.

A Commercial Pilot License (CPL) is a qualification that allows you to act as a Pilot in Command or PIC of a single pilot aircraft or as co-pilot of a multi-pilot aircraft. The basic requirements to obtain the CPL license are published by the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO). However, the actual courses in flight training programs vary from country to country, based on the National Aviation Authorities (NAA). The educational qualification is 10+2 or equivalent with 55% marks in Physics and maths individually for General Category candidates and 50% marks individually in Physics and Maths for SC/ST/OBC candidates. All candidates must have passed English at 10+2 level as one of the subjects. Candidates should appear for Written Entrance Examination and Pilot Aptitude Test, followed by the final selection by an interview board comprising of representatives from industry bigwigs like NACIL, DGCA, Psychologist and IGRUA examiners. Although candidates with less than 17 years may be permitted to undergo selection process must not be less than 17 years before joining the course. Many institute offer courses in Aviation for Commercial Pilot Training such as Commercial Pilot License (Certificate IV in Aviation), Diploma in Aviation, B.Sc in Aviation, etc. The admission procedure and fee structure vary from institute to institute. Hello Bhawar, Here I am sharing a little information about UGC NET. UGC NET is a national level exam which is conducted for the determination of the lecturer at the university and JRF award. The NET Qualified candidates are eligible for the higher studies like Ph.D. The minimum eligibility criteria to apply for the UGC NET is post graduation degree from the recognised university. Previously the NET exam was conducted by CBSE on the behalf of UGC. Now the UGC NET Exam will be conducted by the national testing agency. The Candidates must be below 30 years old to apply for the UGC NET JFR while there are no age limit criteria for the UGC NET Lectureship. The online application form for the UGC NET December 2018 will be released on 1 September and the candidates can fill the form till 30 September. You can fill the online application form for the December 2018 NET exam. The exam will be held from 2 December to 16 December in the different session. The candidates can choose the session according to their choice.
