Rohan.The City of London College is a just a small building about the size of a bank. It is actually part of another building. As a UK resident for the past 19 years, I cannot recommend such colleges to anyone. My advice is that, you should not choose any university of college just because you find it affordable. It is better to study in a good college in India for that cost. Give me a thumbs up if I have answered your question.

both course scope is good in industries. your interest is required to go for it
you have completed graduation you are eligible for both . sap have so many module
you have to choose them as per your interest and back ground what ever you do pl go for certification course fee may be approx 7 to 8000 for testing and around 10000 for sap for different module fee differ institute to institutes
