Hey Alok,
So, both Symbiosis and MIT are both affiliated to Savitri Bai Phule, Pune University, one of the renowned university in India.
I would say MIT has an upper hand, quality in education and other services are better in it comparatively.
So, better for engineering is MIT.
But, for management is Symbiosis.

CA is always better. It is a statutory designation. Every public company has to appoint a CA compulsorily. A CA certification also allows you to practice privately. PGDM can be a feather in the cap. You can do LLM if you want to enhance your legal career ahead or for for an MBA. It depends on what you want to do in future so decide accordingly.MS Courses in specific areas like labour laws, human rights, cyber laws etc can also be done.

You can get Developer or Functional consultant job after SAP certification. If you want to make career in Technical then you may learn ABAB and do certifications. In case you want to be a functional specialist in Finance, you can do one of more functional module (SAP-FICO or SAP-CO module etc) certification. SAP professionals are paid above normal developers and Business Analysts in IT industry. With SAP certifications you can join IT companies or IT department of business enterprises. Initial salaries are low but salary increase with implementation experience is very high.
