The decision would be based on your interest areas and long term career plans. If you want to pursue a career in academics / technical / research areas, then M.Pharma would be a better option. However, if you want to move into general management / operations side then MBA would be better.

Hi, As per the information, a candidate who has a PR already, chances are that the candidate could be hired given the candidate fulfills the eligibility criteria. The reason is pretty easy to understand that a company has to make investment to hire a foreign candidate, so to save the cost candidates with PR could be given preference. After doing diploma in civil, you can do diploma in Interior Designing course but if you have 12th standard certificate then based on your 12th standard marks, you can get into BSc interior designing.

Normally, a distance education or Open University degree comes after 2 years. But, here you are mentioning that you have not yet received the provisional certificate. So, by calling you will not get any answer. You have to go the university, and ask them, then only you will get it.
