As far as i can understand, there are 3 possible reasons why you have not received any decision yet:
1) Your application is still being reviewed by the university.
2) There are some components in your application that are missing and the university wants you to complete your application. Example: Transcripts posted to the university by you but not received by them, test scores not received by the university, etc.
3) You have been accepted/rejected but your status has not been changed online.
I would recommend mailing to the admissions department of the university and they shall tell you the reasons as to why you have not received any no
