Hi Utkarsh,
Apart from GRE you need to give TOEFL test to prove the english proficiency in US as well as in Europe. however GRE is mandatory in USA in Europe universities might ask for the GRE score depending upon the program.
Its always advisable to give both the test inorder to secure the admission without any hassle.

If possible i would suggest you to go for CS as it is in demand in the corporate sector and it will also open the doors of corporate sector for you. Since you are already a graduate, you only have to give the intermediate and the final paper.

ya you will do MCA if you had completed your diploma from any recognised university then you can.after diploma you can do your PGDCA ,PGDCA will be for 1year.After PGDCA you can do your MCA you can enter in lateral entry so MCA will be for you 2years.so you can do your master degree like this.if you need any help mail me in sameerdas2004@gmail.com
