Hi Anitha,
I always suggest the people to do REGULAR MCA only because, in IT Industry many more companys are considering ONLY REGULAR DEGREES ONLY. Very Best Example: Infosys, TCS,IBM, Bank of America . So Please Please opt for Regular Degree only:)

IT/NON IT Industry mainly depends on Business. Hence you are more demmanded if you are a Business Professional with kind of Admin values. So Please prefer MBA with Finance Specilziation.
