To pursue Astronomy, you require to have studied Science in 12th, followed by further graduation in Physics or Maths but as you don't have the prerequisites, it is difficult to be eligible for the same, also after coming so far in your education domain, looking for a career in astronomy is very difficult and least of any possibilities. I would suggest you to focus on your current career field only and look for better career opportunities in the same.

I think chances of getting visa on 3rd time is very less so you need to prepare very well. You need to start thinking about other options also sothat your career can move further, if 3rd time decision is not in favour. Best thing what all happen last 2 times, if you can convey me on educationworld@gmail.com in complete details - transcript of discussions with visa offi
