M.Sc. is good to become a teaching faculty.
If you want to join as a professor in private college than I suggest you to select MCA because there are so many college of MCA and they hire MCA students as BCA faculty.
B.Ed. is also a good option but first check that your state government hires computer teachers in government schools or not. If yes the do B.Ed.
M.Sc. in IT and MCA, both are applied subjects, so both have same market value but it's my personal suggestion that MCA is beneficial. After this, prepare for NET examination to get job in a government college as an associate professor.
