As you are planning to choose Human Resource as your field of specialisation I would suggest that you should go ahead and take up this job as this will give you an exposure to Human Resource Department and there strategies. Since your GRE score is relatively good, i dont think you would be required to retake the TOEFL. Usually, the universities require atleast 90+ in the TOEFL. If you have score relatively good in the verbal section(Atleast above 600), i don't think the universities will ask you to retake the TOEFL. Again, this is a very much university specific question so i would recommend mailing the universities directly inquiring about the same from them.
