In order to be eligible for the MBA program at the University of Alberta, you need to fulfill the below mentioned requirements:
1) Have atleast 2 years of full time work experience
2) Take the GMAT and score above 550 atleast.
3) Take the TOEFL and score above 100.

Fees depends from university to university and location to location. Since you are a PR, i believe you can apply for in state tuition fee which would be half of 3/4th the tuition fees for international students. Let me know your percentage and the score you are expecting in GRE so that i can suggest you universities accordingly. Please give as many details as possible.
