As you got 15 months work experience in Marketing and you are from electronics background its better you go for SITM's MBA in telecom Management because their specialization includes marketing and finance which will help you to grow your career for better heights and placements are also good.
SIOM will also be a better choice because they are also offering minor specialization in marketing but students from Operation background with relevant work experience will get better opportunities while coming to placements and it will be difficult for you to adapt to this course.
So SITM Pune course will be more easy to adapt and will give better

Aeronautical engineering is the one of the newest branches here. The faculty is average. A few professors are really experienced and have a lot of knowledge while a few are new to the branch too (who did Btech in Mechanical). Almost every preofessor has a specialization in a particular topic and so they are at times limited to those.
