Sachin.Let me get this straight. You have a degree in Maths and Computer Science, and you cannot think of getting into the computer field? Is that right? If so, why did you do a course in Maths and Computer Science? Anyone in your position can get a good job ( if he tried harder), provided he improves his communication skills. In my opinion, you seem to have a low self confidence. There are institutions where you can get trained to strengthen your confidence, improve your personality and communication skills. You have the right qualifications, but you must have a CAN DO attitude. This is you weak point. I hope other advisors in this forum can give you information about where you can build your self confidence, personality and communication skills. Good luck.

Candidates who are applying for the degree and diploma courses in hacking must be residents of India. They must have cleared their Bachelors degree from any background with a score of 55 percent marks. The applicants must not be less than 21 years of age when they apply for the course.

Eligibility
In keeping with the tradition of academic excellence of the Institute, eligibility criteria are stringent. All aspiring applicants must be Graduate in 10+2+3 system as recognized by Association of Indian Universities / AICTE in any discipline or Graduate in any professional course (Engineering, Medical, LLB (5 years), etc.) of recognized University.Cadidates should have 60% marks in 10+2 level and above 50% marks in aggregate in Graduation level. Speak without Fear:- Learning English requires practice. Don't let a little fear stop you from getting what you want.
Use all of your Resources:- Using as many different sources, methods and tools as possible, will allow you to learn faster.
Surround Yourself with English:- Take notes in English, put English books around your room, listen to English language radio broadcasts, watch English news, movies and television.
Listen to English Music & Watch Movies:- You can expand your vocabulary and hear the flow of speech from the actors. If you listen to the news you can also hear different accents.
Study As Often As Possible:- Only by studying things like grammar and vocabulary and doing exercises, can you really improve your knowledge of any language.
Do Exercises and Take Tests:- If you never test yourself, you will never know how much you are progressing. Start now by doing some of the many exercises and tests.
Record Yourself:- Nobody likes to hear their own voice on tape but like tests, it is good to compare your tapes from time to time.
Make a time plan and follow it strictly without any failure. Don't take it as a stress rather find enjoyment and fun while learning the language.

In order to finance your studies in US, you can avail:
Bank loan.
Apply for scholarships.
Now a days almost all the banks offer education loan to students, to pursue their education in India or Abroad.
The banks offer maximum loan of Rs 10 Lac for education in India and Rs 20 Lac for education abroad.
The repayment period vary from 5-7 years.
The bank do not ask for any collateral security up to the amount of Rs4 lac, but if the amount exceeds Rs 4 lac then the bank will ask for collateral security.
The repayment of the loan amount starts after 6 months of completion of course or after 6 months of getting job, which ever is earlier.
Scholarships are competitive and awarded to the most deserving students. At the graduate level you can get funding in the form of graduate assistantships where you work or research with professors. Such awards are very competitive. Universities abroad consider various factors such as previous academics, entrance test scores, work experience, application documents and so on while assessing an application for admission and scholarships.
