Hi, As per your query I would say you are going on a right career path. Assuming, a technical degree to be already under your belt, idea of M.TECH can be a value added advantage to your professional graph in terms of both designation and salary meter.
M.tech is a good choice as the career scope is quite broad for professionals across the globe. One can find managerial positions in private and public sector and can also work as system analysts,developer,research and can also opt teaching.

Sachin.Let me get this straight. You have a degree in Maths and Computer Science, and you cannot think of getting into the computer field? Is that right? If so, why did you do a course in Maths and Computer Science? Anyone in your position can get a good job ( if he tried harder), provided he improves his communication skills. In order to finance your studies in US, you can avail:
Bank loan.
Apply for scholarships.
Now a days almost all the banks offer education loan to students, to pursue their education in India or Abroad.
The banks offer maximum loan of Rs 10 Lac for education in India and Rs 20 Lac for education abroad.
The repayment period vary from 5-7 years.
The bank do not ask for any collateral security up to the amount of Rs4 lac, but if the amount exceeds Rs 4 lac then the bank will ask for collateral security.
The repayment of the loan amount starts after 6 months of completion of course or after 6 months of getting job, which ever is earlier.
