University of Hyderabad conducts entrance examinations in order to offer admission to aspirants in all programmes offered by it and its affiliated colleges. Admission process for majority of the courses offered at University of Hyderabad is such that aspirants need to first appear for a written entrance exam and thereafter take part in an interview round.

Admissions to all the programmes offered by TIFR (except science education) is based on a written test conducted by the institute. However, the institute also accepts GATE / NET / JEST scores for admissions to Physics.
Students who get shortlisted will be called for interviews which is generally held from Feb to April every year. Candidates will be intimated by email.

Best engineering college in India charging about Rs. 1 L for four year course? Perhaps was possible few years back. But today fees of even government colleges is about Rs. 50K or more per annum. I am afraid, in this budget, nobody can find best Engineering college in India.
