First, decide what business you want to start and second is your experience in the same field in what you want to start business. If not, then first gain around 2 to 3 years' experience in the field. Secondly, do you have enough fund? If not, calculate and do budgeting for marketing and man power as well as product and see you have fund for at least 2 years. Do market analysis and see acceptability and competition for your products and then enter.

Let me explain to you. It's very simple. Suppose you have opted to do 3 years diploma course. ( in Civil or Mechanical or Electrical or electronics or branches like that ) After your diploma you feel like doing b.tech or B.E then you can get admission in those colleges through a method called 'lateral entry'. If you get admission through lateral entry you will directly go to second year of your engineering graduation. Admission procedures are different for this entry.

BA in textile designing is a 3 year course and B.Des in textile designing is a 4 year course in most of the institutes. Also, 1 year Diploma in textile designing is offered in many colleges.
Fee structure depends on different colleges as some are government and some private.

XLRI and all IIMs offer such online PG certificate or PGPM program, but they are very expensive (around INR 5 lakhs) and doesn't add any value for getting a job or increment and helps only in gaining knowledge. Better opt for MOOC from world class institutes.

Admission Process
Admissions to all the programmes offered by TIFR (except science education) is based on a written test conducted by the institute. However, the institute also accepts GATE / NET / JEST scores for admissions to Physics.
Students who get shortlisted will be called for interviews which is generally held from Feb to April every year. Candidates will be intimated by email.

If you want a government sector jobs, then both are fine if you want private sector jobs then BBA is much better. In case of finance sector jobs B.Com has scope but not much as compare to M.Com. If you have interest in commerce and banking sector, then you should opt for Bachelor of Commerce degree and further you can pursue Master of Commerce. Best engineering college in India charging about Rs. 1 L for four year course? Perhaps was possible few years back. But today fees of even government colleges is about Rs. 50K or more per annum. I am afraid, in this budget, nobody can find best Engineering college in India.
