Dear Priyadarshani in order to change the "learning center", "exam center" you need to visit "http://myzone.smude.edu.in/irj/portal" and feed-in your login credentials after that under "Profile Update" tab click on "Learning Center Transfer"/ "Change of Exam Center" whichever applies to you.
However, the easiest way to achieve this is by calling your "Councillor /Adviser" because they might speed up the process. All the best!
