Although your query does not states anything related to the exam that you plan to write and also in which field you are keen to pursue a career but then all I can say is to have faith in you. If you are highly inclined to pursue higher education, in that case you can take up some financial help else you may drop a year or so to earn and then invest out of your savings. Also if it is possible then you can look to study through the correspondence as this is far economical as an option than a regular course, along with job and by this you can earn and learn together.

To get into M.Pharm you need to clear one or the other Entrance so, if you dont want to sit for GPAT you can look for other state colleges or Universities which have there own Entrance. As far as M.Pharm in Microbiology is concerned I dont think there are many Institutes in India giving such specialization in M.Pharm.
