Hi Rahul, both the courses that you have mentioned are good and have very good scope and will give you a very bright career. There are lots of companies in the oil and Gas sector so you choose to be abroad or in India you will make good money. As far as the energy sector is concerned the number of companies in India are limited but the again the future abroad is bright. Yes Nilesh TOEFL is absolutely necessary for admission in US universities. Some universities offer a TOEFL waiver to those students who have completed their education in English Medium schools and colleges. However, such universities are very less. Anyway, during the visa process, you would be required to take the TOEFL so it is best that you take the TOEFL.
