You can give Lateral Entry Entrance Examination of different University and than you can eligible for B.Tech 2nd Year directly. If you are scoring or scored above 60% in your diploma than you can look for Quantum School of Technology, Roorkee Rates in Top 2 Engineering College of Uttarakhand. and As you written down that you have work Ex. Than you can also go for AIME course.

Hi,
Please remember the one sitting degree is good for those who are only looking at gaining a graduate degree.
If you are also looking at post graduate courses then you need to first check whether after the single sitting graduation you will be eligible for the next course or not.
For example, in order to pursue MBA, the eligibility criteria is 10+2+3; therefore a three year graduation is required and the single sitting course is not accepted.
So as per your query I would suggest you to pursue three year graduation degree so that you do not face any problem in getting admission for MBA program.
