Yes , with a great percentile, you will be able to get into a good b-school. However, I would like to point out that it will be very difficult to get such a percentile. I would recommend you to apply to the colleges you have in mind but also to colleges that are slightly lower than what you are aiming for so that you have some sense of security at hand and do not end up wasting a year.

However, you can try for NID - Product Design course if you like, assuming you have very good drawing skills. That can open the doors for you.
