Firstly, you will have to appear for Entrance exams like MAT/CMAT/XAT/CAT or any such other whichever is applicable.
Thereafter, look for the institute according the the grades you get in the exam.
Finally, the respective colleges also have their admission procedure like Group Discussion round and Personal Interview round. Some institutes may have written round as well.
Based on that you would be getting admission.

The eligibility for RPIIT is:
1) 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized Board/University with Mathematics as a subject of examination with at least 50% (45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category i.e. SC category) aggregate marks.
Or
Candidates with 10+3 Diploma (any stream) recognized by central/ State Governments with 50% (45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category i.e. SC category) in aggregate
2) In order to pass NATA Test a candidate must obtain minimum of 40% marks.

Ideally you can explore the following options:
1. Apply for immigration, this process takes 18-20 months & in the meantime look for a job in India.
2. Explore pursuing a course in the said country and entry the country vide the student visa route. Once you reach there then you can explore for a job in the local market there.
3. Join employer in India who have branches in the said countries, and can help you internal transfer.
