If you have basic knowledge of computers, then after completing your class 12th, you can go for CCNA training for computer networking and after completion of training, you can sit for CCNA global certification exam.
If you succeed, then you will be Cisco certified network associate, a globally valued networking professional certified in associate level. With the help of networking knowledge and CCNA certificate, you can penetrate in IT domain as network engineer.

I would suggest you to opt for a B.Tech in CSE with specialization in Oil and Gas from UTM, Shillong as you will definitely be intrigued by the offerings of the course. You will get to earn the entire value chain of Oil and Gas including exploration, refining, petrochemicals, production engineering, reservoir engineering and supply chain along with the necessary computer science engineering skills like application development, database, networks, security, business intelligence and data warehousing and open standards. Physics though is not avoidable here but you will get a proper guidance in your first semester and you'll get better
