The new incoming students who have just enrolled into the M.Sc in IT programme at LPU for the year 2025 will have their academic session and the classes starting from July and further dates ranging from late July to the early August month of 2025. For instance, according to the academic calendar of LPU, autumn term dates usually fall in late July, around July 28, 2025, depending on the type of program-roster under which an average full-time programme falls, like M.Sc IT.

The detailed cut-offs for last year for CET can be found at DTE website. The admission notification regarding CAT is not finalized. So, it cannot be assured but CET will be accepted.

After completing your Diploma, you can also apply for junior engineer jobs in Government or private sectors. But, I suggest you to further pursue your higher studies that is your B.Tech in the same field in which you have done your Diploma. Doing B.Tech can provide great platform of new job opportunities in your future which is much better than the Diploma jobs.

Your past academic scores do not matter.
Score well in CAT and you will be through.
Score above 99.8 percentile to have it easy in the PI round and convert FMS.

Actually, speaking cut-offs or rather opening and closing ranks differ from year to year. But, generally speaking, Aerospace is not in much demand. Hence, you will find both opening and closing is liberal. Figures of last years you can find on Shiksha website.

XIME offers full time 2 year Post Graduate Diploma Programs in Management in various disciplines and accepts XAT, CAT, CMAT or MAT scores. The cutoff percentile for XIME is 70 + and the merit list is prepared for the shortlisted candidates for the group discussion and personal interview round. You can pursue MBBS and later MD psychiatry to become a psychiatrist, B.Sc psychology to be a psychologist. Other options are physiotherapy, occupational therapy, B.Sc botany, zoology, biochemistry, bio medical etc.
