Please complete your 10+2 first. There are institutes in India that offer a certificate in Photography after class 10th also, but I would advise you to pursue a good Diploma or Advanced Diploma course, if you want to pursue photography professionally. You also have an option to pursue a degree in photography like BFA in photography. Generally, there are no entrance exams for the said course. You can directly apply to the college that you are interested in. Yes, it can be done after 1-year gap but not more than 1. Please check with your school and board for formalities. If you have exceeded 1-year you can consider completing your 12th from NIOS.

There is no such provision where admissions are taken on the basis of Merit in 12th for LAW. Each and every institute has an admission test which it conducts. Once the entrance test is cleared, further admission process is done. Thanks and all the best.
