It all depends on you if you are ready to interact with others and explore their culture, but my personal advice is that you should do your UG from India and Master's degree from abroad then you can fund your degree by yourself as every college has an assistantship and administration which covers maximum amount of your turion fee if you have some knowledge from your UG degree and also if you want to go now abroad you have to give seats which is not so easy and IELTS for language but at last, final decision is yours.

No, you can't join M.Sc in food science and technology here directly after doing B.Voc. After B.Voc, you can do M.Voc but it's not available in many universities, only some will provide you M.Voc degree. Other possible options include B.Sc in food tech. Here also every university won't offer a lot of universities ask for a bridge course for further studies.

The better the percentile, the higher the chances of scholarship. A good percentile is expected. However, I think you need at least 60 percentile to apply. It contributes to 45% weightage during admissions. There are various other factors that are considered before selecting a candidate. Factors like your academics, GD, PPI, Work ex, sports and extra-curricular activities.
