In India, the top institutes for hotel management are typically government-run, but they require you to clear the NCHMCT exam for admission. However, if you're looking for direct admission, private universities are a great option. One of the best is Chandigarh University, ranked #2 for hotel management in the Outlook Best Universities Rankings 2024. The university doesn't have any compulsory exam for admission, but you can opt for the CUCET (Chandigarh University Common Enterance Test) which helps you get a scholarship based on your merit.

You won't get direct admission to any IHMs without writing the JEE. So, Christ University in Bangalore, SRM in Chennai, Sikkim Manipal is also a good choice for direct BHM courses.

According to NTA a candidate can appear for NEET any number of times. There is no restriction on the number of attempts permitted. Moreover, ever since the upper age limit of NEET has been removed, there is even more flexibility in terms of the number of NEET attempts.

The exam is conducted once a year, hence candidates can appear only once in an academic year. But unless candidates fulfil the eligibility criteria, they would not be able to get admission even if they score the qualifying cutoff marks for NEET.

Hello,
NEET is a type of competitive exam which tests your grab over the science subjects. Though the main and ordered practice should be started as soon as you enter 11th standard but you should keep on strengthening your basics. Don't think that only 2 years hardwork will fetch you results! Besides, go with the type of questions asked, every year, do practice test papers and consult renowned author's books. Moreover, you can join any good entrance coaching institution!

Dear Karan!
In order to get admission in government engineering college (except NIT & IIT you must have to score more than 60% in PCM. Since you have score 55% it's not possible to get government college. However, some tier 2 private college may give you the admission. Hope this helps. Good Luck.

It would be good if you change your name in your SSC certificate to avoid unnecessary issues. Since it is the only certificate that has wrong name it should not be an issue actually. But to be on the safer side, good to change it.
