Hi,
Yes, you can do so. Just make sure you have enough percentage to qualify. The application process is online but for more information you have to provide details like where you want to study and so on. The eligibility criteria differs and you have to prepare likewise. You have to take exams like SAT TOEFL, arrange for money, write SOP, get the recommendation letters from your teachers, etc.
