Medical schools in Canada do not offer the MBBS, an undergraduate degree in medicine. They offer the MD (Doctor of Medicine). Applicants for the MD program are expected to have completed a Bachelor's degree. They are also required to have completed certain academic requirements in sciences. Having said all this, the Canadian medical schools give a very strong preference to Canadian residents, and competition for admission for international students if fierce. Only a small number of international students are admitted.
I would suggest you to pursue MBBS in India or US(In US it will be very costly, over 60,00,000 rupees)

Sandeep,
Admission is never on the basis of your TOEFL score. There are other factors involved like GRE, percentage, SOP, LOR's. Even though 61% is good enough to get you admission in a decent university, you need to score excetionally well if you want admission in the best in US. In Uk, you can get admitted in good universities without taking the GRE at all.
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.
