There is not such course PHd in MBA.If you are graduate already then you can choose one specific subject or module you would like to do the research on. If you have anything specific then please let me know so that I can send you list of universities offering that course. Procedure is pretty much similar what Sagarika mentioned in her answer.

To be eligible to write the GPSC exam, it is important to first complete your Graduation level and as you are still pursuing it, you are not eligible for the same.
However once you complete your MBBS you shall be eligible to write the exam with a medical background.

You can definitely get admission in a reputed B School. You can look at giving your NMAT ( for Narsee Monjee ) , FMS ( for Faculty of Management Studies) and XAT (lot of reputed B Schools accept XAT scores)

To be eligible to pursue LL.B the minimum eligibility required is to be a graduate degree holder from a well recognized institute/ university.
Also after completing your 12th, you can directly opt for the integrated course of 5 years duration i.e. B.A.LL.B where in you can pursue both your graduation and LL.B together.
Admission in either courses is made through qualifying an entrance exam as per teh requirement of the institute where in you wish to apply.

Hi Akhil, have you applied for VIT entrance test? If so then there will be an acknowledgment num attached with your application. That tells you whether you are registered with VIT or not. Yes, if you type the acknowledgment no, then your name will be displayed along with other details.
