(a) Passed the Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) or an equivalent examination securing in aggregate not less than 45% of the total marks for general candidates and not less than 40% for SC/ST/OBC candidates
(b) Not completed 20 years of age (22 years for SC/ST) on 1st June of the year of admission

I'll get straight to the point.
Ad making (I am assuming you mean 'ad film making'): It starts off generally with an internship of about 3 months. Then you can get paid between 15k-20k. After an year or so, you can become a freelancer. Then your income will depend on the no. of projects you take up each month. Usually, it can come out to be around 80k-1lakh. Yup, just after one year. But for that, you have to slog like an ass. As for the field, it is exciting and absolute fun. If you are a hard worker and can manage long working hours, you'll love it.
Graphic designer: Starts off at around 10k. You grow, in terms of salary, slowly in this field. hard work, creativity, quick layouts, etc. are prerequisite.
Education wise (If you are interested in PG):
Ad film making - Get into a film making school, you'll get a head start when you enter the field.
Graphic designing - All the course related to designing, from photoshop to flash. You can get complete courses at various institutes.
My recommendation - AD FILM MAKING! It's super.
