Hi,
You can look forward for B.COM LLB Hons. which is a 5 year Integrated Program and asks for minimum eligibility as followed:-
(a) Passed the Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) or an equivalent examination securing in aggregate not less than 45% of the total marks for general candidates and not less than 40% for SC/ST/OBC candidates
(b) Not completed 20 years of age (22 years for SC/ST) on 1st June of the year of admission

Ad making (I am assuming you mean 'ad film making'): It starts off generally with an internship of about 3 months. Then you can get paid between 15k-20k. After an year or so, you can become a freelancer. Then your income will depend on the no. of projects you take up each month. Usually, it can come out to be around 80k-1lakh.
