Commerce with maths is generally considered above commerce without maths, but, don't worry you can also get settled in this area with a little effort and patience.
After plus two you may opt for courses like BBA, BCA, BHM, B.Com, LLB and many more. You can opt for Law CET after 12 standard. This course will be of 5 years. If you do law course after graduation it will be a 3 years course.In degree you have to face some what maths due to finance and accounts. But if you have basics in maths it is enough. You need not to worry for this.Go according to your interest as it will help you prosper.

Probably you are asking about National Institute of Industrial Engineering(NITIE). Admission Procedure for PGDIE is that Every candidate has to qualify through GATE "2012/2011". This will be followed by Group Discussion and Interview of the short listed candidates to be held at NITIE, Mumbai. Candidates need to submit a photocopy of GATE score card / printout of GATE score from website. Selection of Industry sponsored candidates with 2 years industry experience is through personal interview only (NO GATE SCORE REQUIRED).
Admissions to PGDIE course are open to graduates in all branches of Engineering/Technology or equivalent. The candidate must have first class degree (relaxable by 5% incase for SC/ST/PDcandidates).
Admission for the following Programs through are through CAT 2011:
1) Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Management (PGDIM),
2) Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety and Environmental Management (PGDISEM),
3) Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology Management (PGDITM).
