Yes you are eligible for admission for NL Dalmia but the score is not that good. A score between 180-200 is a descent score or rather minimum to get an admission. If you come under Hindi minority then the cut-off goes down till 150.

I would just add this, HR jobs may not be the job that is more in demand but it is the safest job to do in business and one should have good networking skill, good knowledge about the organisation to perform this job.
