MBA is a Degree offered Only at IBS Hyderabad, IBS Dehradun & IBS Jaipur.
PGPM - is a two year certification course called Post Graduate Program in Management provided at IBS Ahmedabad, IBS Bangalore, IBS Gurgaon, IBS Kolkata, IBS Mumbai, IBS Pune. They are independent Professional institutes which are neither affiliated to nor are off-campus centers of any university. All the Six PGPM Campuses are constituents of ICFAI University. During the regular PGPM, you can simultaneously do Flexi MBA . PGPM or MBA from IBS has a Brand Value in Corporate sector and many companies.

For NMAT this is the eligibility criteria
1.Full Time Bachelor's Degree (10+2+3/4) in Pharmacy, Science, Life Sciences, Medical doctors MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS, B.Sc and M.Sc in Biotechnology from a UGC recognized University with minimum 50% marks in the aggregate in first attempt. Post Graduate degree in Economics, Psychology and Sociology can also apply.
2.Candidates with B.Tech. & B.E. in Bio-Tech. & Bio- Medical are also eligible to apply.
3.The candidate must have completed graduation in the stipulated duration as per the respective University/Institution awarding the degree.
4.Those candidates who have cleared their graduation by doing a part-time course or through distance learning, correspondence courses, externally, open school are NOT ELIGIBLE to apply.
5.Candidates presently working in Pharmaceutical Companies for more than a year are preferred.

As per your query I would suggest you to first complete your B.com and then you may opt for masters degree from Australia.
Please note that it is not possible for you to get direct admission in second year of graduation in Australian universities.

One needs to successfully complete 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as subjects to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering. For International admissions the criteria is bit different.
1. You need to give IELTS exam.
2. IELTS score must be more than 6.5 to ensure your selection.
3. Your resume and profile plays important role but freshers also have enough chances.
4. In 2013-15 batch 6 out of 8 Nepalese students at SIBM were freshers.
5. Also make sure you write very good Statement of Purpose.
6. Main weight is given to SOP.
7. Make your resume look very professional. Also SOP should be of high standard.
