Hello Lokesh,
I would recommend WE school Mumbai due to its brand name and location. The college officials haven't posted anything specific regarding the average packages of Business Design course, but the figures would be better for Mumbai campus as compared to the Bangalore one. The average package offered at Mumbai would be around Rs 8 lacs.

Sumita Arora is the best book to refer for computer Science in 11th Standard. It has many good examples and problems to practice. You can also refer Yeshwant Kanetkar it's also a good book.
