Some government colleges conduct their own entrance exams like GGSIPU takes IPU-CET as entrance exam.
There are state entrance exams conducted by government of the state itself.
So, by clearing them, you can enter in government colleges of the specific state.
I hope it helps.

You may rethink your strategy of doing E-MBA from B-Schools which give admission without entrance examination. You may not get advantage of doing E-MBA from such colleges. You may evaluate Post Graduate Programme in Management (Part-Time) at MDI Gurgaon which is the best EMBA for you. Hello Aditya,
Until the last year, AIR was decided based on the combination of marks in JEE Mains and 12th. However, from this year onwards it will be decided only on the basis of JEE Mains. Hence, data of previous years is actually of no use now. Just wait for few weeks and 'college predictor' sites will come. You can check here then.

As you have two years of experience in logistics and two years of gap, at first, the main aim should be getting as much higher rank and percentile in entrance tests as possible. After that, preparing for interviews in whichever college you have applied. You have a good chance to get into SIOM if you want to with your experience in logistics.

There are several short-term culinary certificates you can choose that will teach you cooking and classic cuisine basics. But, if you are truly passionate about the field you can go for a BA in culinary arts, which will give you kitchen skills as well as some management and hospitality knowledge. Some of these degrees even give you the opportunity to travel abroad and learn native cuisines.
I suggest thinking about what you want to gain from the course/ what job you're aiming for chef/in-flight chef, food writer, restaurant manager, etc. and then choose a suitable course.
