1) No, BVB College does not provide aeronotical engineering.
2) It is always better to pursue Degree course rather than Diploma as it opens wide career prospects.
3) As per my research,it seems that there is no other institute in Hubli offering this course. However, if you are interested in any other location kindly revert back.
