Hi Divya,
-I highly doubt that MA in Education would help you in case you wish to pursue M.Phil or Ph.D in design. As a friend I suggest that for post graduation, you should choose a field related to your bachelors degree. The post graduation degree should ideally have some thesis work in the last semester for you to start work in M.Phil/Ph.D.
-NET/SET is not required to do M.Phil or Ph.D.NET/SET are eligibility exams ,which M.Phil or Ph.D degree holders sit for in order to be eligible to apply for lecturership in various colleges.
Hope this helps!

Yes you may, depending upon the terms and conditions of the college or university. In the case of two degrees at a time, it is advisable to go for 1 regular and 1 distance or both through correspondence.
Also keep in mind that you cannot go for masters and bachelors together until and unless the bachelor program you applying for is second degree.
For ex:- With B.A, you may go for M.A + B.Ed
Hope this was useful. Feel free to discuss more.
