Dear geetika,cost accounting is one of the subject in CA,by doing CA u can do costing but u ll not called cost accountant .there is another course named as ICWA which means Cost and works accountant.Cost accounting related to cost of any prodect, cost accountants also engaged in budget making etc.

I will suggest MS in Electronics if you are into Networking, Datawarehousing, Internet Security Systems and MS in Comps or IT if you into Coding, Programming, s/w development. You can practice comps or IT even after MS Electronics but vice versa may not be true.

Although, I completely agree with Aru about the scope of Political Science but if you are asking in regard to the particular University then in that case it would depend on the placements of this University and how well the University is accepted in the job market. also yes as Aru said you need to put your own efforts as well to get the best job opportunities.
M.A in Political Science can definitely get you a job in government organizations or you can move into politics or to work with some NGO's
