Yes, you can look for a career in planetary sciences through pursuing degrees like b.sc and m.sc. Planetary Sciences is a domain of Earth Science or better we sayd, it is a part of Geology discipline.
As for the institutions are concerned, although there aren't many such institutes but you can consider the mentioned institutions available in India, offering courses in Geology:

There is ample opportunities available after graduating in B.Sc Computer Science, and this mainly divides in to two - a Job or Further Education.
If you plan to take up a job, you are eligible for applying to certain government posts including the ones like IFS, IPS, CDS, IAS etc or if you want to attain a job in your own field then again the choices are many however, it more depends on to a particular stream and also onto your expertise in the same like Programming and development, hardware, networking, database systems and security.
Further studies also is a great option as it broadens your career galore, you can opt for the M.Sc in CS from a good University and may later take up career in lecturership or pursue research at higer stages.
As CS is a core branch, it is highly research oriented and has a lot to offer to the deserving candidates.

Both the institutes you mentioned are good to pursue studies, both of these institutes have good teaching faculty, placements records and infrastructure.
As per your profile pursuing MBA in Oil & Gas Management would be the good option for you, however I would suggest that before opting for any course you must first decide in which field you wish to build your career and accordingly you can select the best course as per your interest and liking.
In my opinion as a student you should give your 100% in whichever course you opt for, and if you do well then getting a good job with handsome salary should not be a problem.
