As per my opinion, MBA is a great option to join. I think UTM Shillong will be a good option for you to pursue electrical engineering with this rank. Although it is a private university but a campus of MIT Pune itself in shillong and is good for engineering. Their course will equip you with an understanding of the design and application of circuits and equipment of machine control, power generation, distribution, and communication. UTM program offers an overall development of students through activity-based learning, real-life industry projects, and project-based activities. This University has a good placement records and you can get much better job opportunities as they have a good list of recruiters. You can apply online through their website.
